AID WEED CONTROL There is a wide range of herbicides that can be used for weed control in Linseed. Weed control is significantly better in Linseed than in other Spring break crops, particularly Oilseed Rape, beans or peas. Linseed can be sown right up to the end of April to allow more flushes of Blackgrass in a stale seed bed approach, followed by a pre-emergence application of Tri-allate (Avadex®) and Clethodim (Centurion Max®).
