When the Women’s Leadership Circle was founded in 2012, Planned Parenthood was in the midst of what would be a series of national and public attacks from its opposition. In response, a group of supporters and Board members sought a way to rally public support behind Planned Parenthood. These professionals, scholars, activists and philanthropists became the Women’s Leadership Circle, a group of women dedicated to openly supporting Planned Parenthood’s mission and services. The Circle leadership chose early on to decline anonymous gifts because when we stand together proudly and publicly, we move Planned Parenthood forward. Enclosed is the Women’s Leadership Circle membership roster. Now at more than 200 members, we hope you will join this outstanding and generous group of women leaders in our community.
