You’re Invited: 2025 Family Fun Days
At EQUS, we’re all about community. That means bringing people together, sharing good times, and building strong connections. Our annual Family Fun Days have returned and it’s the perfect opportunity to celebrate our value of Community with our members and their families!
In our Central and North Areas, we’ll be grilling up a free lunch including hot dogs, chips, and pop. Plus, you’ll get free admission to the corn maze and some fun EQUS swag to take home! In the South Area, we’re excited to introduce the Polar Express Train Ride experience at Aspen Crossing near Mossleigh to kick off the holiday season!

Annual Member Satisfaction Survey
It’s that time of year, again! Your Annual Member Satisfaction Survey is included with your newsletter this month!
This survey is an important tool that helps us ensure the level of service we provide is meeting the needs and expectations of our memberowners.
It’s an excellent opportunity to share your comments and questions, and let us know overall how we’re doing!
As a member of Alberta’s largest power co-op, you have a voice - and we are eager to hear from you!
Each survey submitted before October 1, 2025, will be entered to win the grand prize $500 power bill credit, or one of two $100 bill credits!
Members can return completed surveys by:
• Mail to Box 6199, Innisfail, AB T4G 1S8;
• Email to communications@equs.ca; or
• Bringing it with you to upcoming member events or your nearest EQUS Area Office.
A digital version of the survey can also be completed online by logging into the member portal at equs.ca/members. Your Feedback Matters | Submit by October 1 to Win!

EQUS Board of Directors Update
RETIREMENT: JOHAN FEDDEMA
On behalf of our members and the EQUS Board of Directors, we would like to wish Johan Feddema well on his retirement from the Board.
An EQUS member since 2011, Johan brought valuable insight from his experience owning and operating the award-winning Riverview Campground near Rocky Mountain House.
Elected to the EQUS Board of Directors in 2023, his passion for the REA world and unwaivering dedication to member interests made a lasting impact on the governance of our co-operative.

EQUS' Member Referral Program offers a $250 bonus when you successfully refer someone to become an EQUS member. It's one of the ways we like to say ‘thank you’ for helping grow Alberta’s largest power co-op!

Our EQUS staff and Board of Directors were so thrilled to celebrate with you at our Member Appreciation BBQs in July. Hosted at all four of our EQUS Area Offices, our team was delighted to welcome hundreds of our member-owners to enjoy a delicious lunch and fun activities including bucket truck rides!
We’d like to thank each and every member who took time out of their busy summer schedule to enjoy the afternoon with us. We look forward to connecting with you all again soon at Family Fun Days!
