Our family owned business was started in 1996 by Dennis Ridout, lifelong resident and service technician. After well deserved retirement, the business is now owned and operated by his son, Scott Ridout. Scott, as a member of the sheet metal workers union, was a national finalist, as an apprentice, for HVAC design and fabrication. All of Ridout’s Heating & Cooling technicians are required 4 years of training in the HVAC fabrication, installation, and service.
