The Cámara de Diputados Cup is an important tournament in Argentina, with the winner entering a playoff against the eighth ranked Argentine Open team to decide which team will qualify for the 2023 Argentine Triple Crown.

This year’s Cámara de Diputados Cup saw 16 teams between 24 to 30 goal compete in four leagues – six of the teams were those who did not qualify for the 2022 Argentine Open and the other teams were the ten best teams from The Pilar Cup.

After three weeks of competition, Nuestra Tierra and El Overo Z7 UAE faced each in the Final at the AAP Headquarters, in Pilar on Tuesday 29 November. Nuestra Tierra managed to retain their undefeated winning streak with a 12-11 victory against El Overo Z7 UAE. The win not only saw them raise The Cámara de Diputados Cup but also enter the qualifier against La Hache on Monday 5 December. La Hache, who had Tomás Beresford substituting for Joaquin Pittaluga, who has broken his right hand, defeated Nuestra Tierra and will join the other seven teams (La Dolfina Saudi, La Natividad, La Irenita Grand Champions, Ellerstina Turismo Felgueres, La Ensenada RS Murus Sanctus, Cría La Dolfina and La Irenita Clinova) who will take part in the 2023 Argentine Open.
