Soffieria Sestese Soffieria Sestese was founded in 1984 as a glass manufacturer, specializing in borosilicate glass 3.3 and quarz components, standard and tailor-made glass fittings. Our team of employees consists of highly trained and qualified technicians, glassblowers and fitters. With the coordination and supervision of our management, the team works with a shared knowledge of every workflow task and activity, to reach a complete integration of the whole process. The expertise of our technicians, glassblowers as well as mechanics, is certified by specific welding licences. We maintain the highest standard quality by continuously innovating our techniques and developing projects in partnership with universities and other research facilities. Spare parts and repair services In addition to our production activities, we provide our clients with standard or tailor-made spare parts. Our spare parts are produced in accordance with international standards from new and old catalogues. Thanks to our qualified international freight forwarders we can guarantee on-time delivery worldwide. Our repair services are another strength of our company. We offer scheduled maintenance contracts on standard or tailor-made plants, including those provided by other companies. Our mechanical department is fully equipped and qualified to work on every detail of our clients’ plants, to adapt and/or assemble components made of plastic or steel.

Close to our clients’ needs Soffieria Sestese realizes plants according to our clients’ request and specifications. We study together with the customer every design detail and the complete project to have the best solution. After customer’s approval we manufacture the plant and we execute the FAT* in our test laboratory. The plant will be delivered to our client’s site and a SAT** will be performed on it. We stay close to our clients through the complete after-market phase, with qualified assistance and maintenance services. Our after-market contracts include scheduled maintenance on the plant. In case of emergencies, we can guarantee our technician’s assistance within 24 hours after your call, 7 days a week. * FAT: Factory Acceptance Test ** SAT: Site Acceptance Test
