COST: ONE MONTH’S RENT
Your Specialist will be the rst point of contact for your tenants, handling all inquiries and issues no matter when they come in.
We set up and monitor secure online rent collection, quickly handling any late payments and depositing funds straight into your bank account. Your Specialist oversees all maintenance, repairs and other issues that may occur, including acting as a liaison between you and any contractors.
At the end of the tenant's lease, your Specialist will inspect your property, record any damages and advise you on what to do, along with facilitating all professional cleaning, repairs, re-keying, and other necessary items to make for a smooth move-out.
Our Accountant produces consolidated annual reports for your tax returns.
