Under our rental brand, Seattle Rental Group, we provide residential leasing services and rental finding services in the greater Seattle area. We are the leading residential leasing service in our region. Our professional and detail-oriented leasing specialists ensure clients’ properties are rented efficiently and promptly at the highest rental rate the market will allow. In the Seattle area we also offer condo owners a tailored ongoing service called Property Watch, where we are the primary point of contact throughout the term of the lease, and coordinate rent collection and maintenance issues.
With our award winning rental finding services, we assist individuals in finding an apartment or rental home, whether they are relocating to the Northwest or already reside here and simply need additional assistance. We utilize our unparalleled local rental market expertise to help clients secure a rental quickly and painlessly. We have free-to-the-public services called Seattle Apartment Finders, and paid tour services under Seattle Rental Group.

Kevin founded the businesses in 1998, and as the Designated Broker, directs the vision and growth for all branches of the company. He operates out of the Fremont office location. He owns and operates apartment buildings and vacation rentals in addition to his role with Pointe3. Kevin handles escalated issues and can best be reached on his cell.
Chief Executive Officer
Emma oversees each branch under Pointe3's umbrella, including Seattle Rental Group's leasing, relocation, and apartment finding services as well as SeattleRentals.com. She typically works on HR, education, accounting, marketing, sales, and operations. She will be your first point of contact for questions unless otherwise specified. Emma is accessible any time via phone, and works out of the Fremont office Mon-Thu.
Chief Operating Officer / Managing Broker
In addition to being COO and overseeing all operations at Pointe3 and Seattle Rental Group, Ashley is the Managing Broker for WA, as well as the Principal Broker for Oregon, and runs her real estate brand UrbanAsh. She also supervises all broker activity, oversees day to day real estate operations of the Fremont and Enumclaw branches, and makes sure licensing laws and rules are met. Ashley will be your first point of contact for leasing questions, escalated real estate questions, and legal issues.
Kristel oversees all of the accounting and bookkeeping for Pointe3 and its subsidiary branches. As Transaction Manager and Managing Broker, she also reviews every transaction, manages all records and secure storage, ensures licensing laws and rules are met regarding safe handling and timely delivery of client funds, and more. She'll be your point of contact for payroll questions, as well as questions on forms, timelines, and other aspects of the transaction, and will help with your initial training. She works from her home Mon-Fri and can best be reached either via cell or email during the week.
Accounting & Transaction Coordinator
While she was at Seattle U, Sarah spent a summer interning with Pointe3. Her coworkers immediately loved her warm sincerity, excellent organization skills, and incredible work ethic, and after graduation Sarah joined the Pointe3 team full time. Sarah’s role is currently focused on transaction coordination and accounting, where she helps drive the operational side of Pointe3 forward, troubleshoot problems, and create efficiencies.
Operations Manager
Jose handles the day to day operations at the office and customer relations for SeattleRentals.com, and is also the first point of contact in our office for most clients, directing calls and email inquiries. He'll be your resource for many operational related questions and needs.
of Relocation / Broker Mentor
Kim leads our relocation and rental finding branch, working closely with corporations, relocation companies, and the public to manage their moves. She handles the HR, training, lead delegation, and sales for the relocation branch of our business. In addition to this, she also runs a successful real estate brand and is regularly one of our top producing agents. Kim plays a mentorship role with many of our new brokers, helping them to understand and feel confident in their early deals, and being a resource for questions. She works from home Mon-Sat and can best be reached via email or her cell.
