Letter from the Editor Dear Readers, When we started talking about the summer issue of the Poets and Writers Coalition Magazine, we had summer break on the brain. So, the theme for the second issue of the Poets and Writers Coalition Magazine was Summer. They’ve chosen to tell stories and I’m so glad that they can tell them here. We’re getting our feet under us. The motto is “Fun, Sun, and Evil” because we’re feeling a touch of the summertime madness. Peek inside this magazine for summer treat recipes, cool short stories, and amazing poetry! Have you ever wanted to meet an internet friend at a cute cafe? Have you ever worked a shift that dragged on and on and on? Have you experienced fear of the world outside your door? Have you seen the same scene over and over in the world? Do you feel a craving for blue raspberry lemonade? If you’re in a rush to go to a potluck gathering and you don’t know what to make, consider making our recipes! They are perfect for every occasion.
