I hope everyone enjoyed the beautiful fall foliage we experienced this year. What a wonderful time of year to be enjoying the holiday season at the lake. I have a few updates to share on the local real estate market:

• Camp Augusta is “Under Contract”, and is due to close mid November. Thank you Philadelphia Magazine for featuring this property. Next, I look forward to introducing “Camp Blue Pine” in Lake Naomi. Please contact Dembinski Realty Company if you’d like to be put on a waiting list to tour this property, .

• The real estate market is definitely changing. Although demand is still very high for homes that are well maintained and priced well, receiving multiple offers above list price is not as common. It’s important that your home is competively priced and punch list free, prior to listing it for sale. For those still searching for their perfect vacation home or building lot, there are certainly plenty of properties to choose from.

For Children Through December:

• Mondays, twice monthly 1pm Wee Build: A freebuild block program for babies/toddlers/preschool ers. A ‘drop in’ program.

• Mondays, twice monthly 1pm Six Bricks: Short, guided activities using Duplo bricks followed by unstructured play; for preschoolers.

• 2nd Tuesday 3:30pm LEGO STEAM Club: A freebuild LEGO session with STEAM building challenge; age 5 through teens.

• 3rd Tuesday 3:30pm Making with Miss Love: An informal crochet/knitting class teaching elemen tary children to crochet/loom weave. Registration required.

• Thursdays 10:30am Book Babies: 1/2 hour story time sessions with music, flannelgraph & stories for babies/preschoolers & their caregivers. 1/2 hour social & playtime follows, snacks provided. A ‘drop in’ program.

• Saturdays, once monthly 10:30am Family Story time: A storytime program designed for families with children of all ages. Includes rhyme-flannel graph, stories & craft. A ‘drop in’ program.

• Saturdays, once monthly 11am Family Crafting: Through December, monthly craft program for chil dren & their caregivers. Registration required.
