“Flamingo resplandece con la inauguración de la marina, y se convierte en el epicentro turístico y de negocios del destino, expandiendo su valor al competir en las grandes ligas del turismo náutico”, expresó Maximiliano Arata, Propery Manager de la Marina Flamingo.

Esta primera etapa tuvo una inversión de $50 millones de dólares inició operaciones en junio pasado. Sin embargo, el agasajo de inauguración oficial se realizó recientemente del 16 al 20 de febrero, la cual contó con actividades culturales y degustaciones para deleitar y entretener a sus vecinos, visitantes, dueños de embarcaciones, socios comerciales, entre otros.

La primera etapa desde que inició su operación cumple con todos los servicios para las embarcaciones turísticas nacionales y extranjeras, aplicando los altos estándares de calidad a nivel mundial. Contempla: 92 puestos de atraque completamente equipados con capacidad para embarcaciones de 45 hasta 125 pies. Un Edificio de uso mixto, comercial y residencial, de más de 8.500 m2. Actualmente cuenta con 30 locales comerciales, como tiendas de productos náuticos, de trajes de baño, restaurantes de diferentes especialidades: como comida mediterránea, heladería, cafetería, bufete de abogados, servicios Medi Red y un helipuerto para resguardar la salud y emergencias de sus residentes y vecinos. Además, se suman 40 villas residenciales para alquiler, donde contarán con ame- nidades completas para satisfacer el confort como piscina, gimnasio entre otros. Asimismo, al contar con la segunda planta desalinizadora resguarda el buen uso del agua potable existente en la zona.

La segunda etapa será de uso mixto y estará ubicada al costado sur de la primera etapa y la tercera estará ubicado al lado de la península que se construirá un hotel, centro de convenciones y residencias privadas.

La Marina Flamingo está abierta al público para el disfrute de sus residentes, dueños de embarcaciones, vecinos y turistas que desean disfrutar de los servicios de la marina; desde deleitarse de un delicioso helado o aromático café por las tardes o mañanas, una cena gourmet, o para los más aventureros un tour en catamarán para contemplar los atardeceres y mucho más.
