Phase 1: Real Conversations workshop - learn the 5-step framework: engage, listen, safety, action, boundaries
Phase 2: Real Conversations accreditation - conduct an online capability assessment to signal your support
Phase 3: Real Conversations 12 months support - enjoy a year of free coaching, education and refresher training
Session Information
The program is delivered as a group workshop, either 1 full day (6 hours) or 2 x half-days (3 hours).
The cost includes: one group workshop with an expert facilitator, accreditation, and 12 months support.
