Maggie is a Director of CLARITY Learning Suite Global and together with her colleagues and fellow Directors Lyn Sharratt and Sue Walsh, she delivers Professional Development in learning, teaching and leading to support the implementation and sustaining of the CLARITY Learning Suite.
Maggie also provides professional support that engages with and works alongside educators, systems and school communities. Maggie’s appreciative coaching based approach supports school leaders and teachers as well as schools’ leading and teaching teams to further develop and realise their capabilities to improve teaching and learning to benefit all learners.
Through coaching conversations Maggie works in partnership with the coachee(s) that enables them to perceive and to articulate clearly how they might progress and grow in their educational leadership growth to positively impact on all learners in the context of their learning communities.

In addition, Maggie facilitates workshops both onsite and virtually that align with this belief within and across schools in Australia, New Zealand and internationally.
