UNDER 18 Youth Library Fricker M – TH |6 pm – 9 pm F | 6 pm – 8 pm S | 8 am – 2 pm Free | Ages: 5 – 17 Due to the generosity of our local community, the Fricker Resource Center now has a Youth Library. Youth can relax and read works of fiction and nonfiction in a comfortable and quiet space. The Youth Library at Fricker Resource Center is open to youth ages 5 – 17 from October 1, 2021 – May 22, 2022 following the Escambia County School District academic calendar.
Youth programs help strengthen a young person’s sense of identity and builds character. It’s exhilarating to witness a child gain confidence in their contribution to a team or make a new discovery. We’re here to help children build skills in an approach that positively impacts their development.

MARTIAL ARTS Yoshukai Karate Vickrey M, W |6 pm – 8 pm $70 per month | Ages: 8+ Yoshukai Karate is a branch discipline of Japanese martial arts whose translated meaning is “Training Hall of Continued Improvement.” Yoshukai is instructed by Hiroaki Toyama, an 8th-degree black belt.
