Development planning and the transport assessment process lies at the heart of what we do.
Our transport planning team can provide support on proposed developments from the early feasibility stage through to the transport assessment and planning application process, plus provide all the necessary highway design inputs.
We have extensive experience of preparing reports for a wide variety of development types across a range of sectors. We can also provide the full range of junction and network modelling capacity assessments, plus GIS analysis, either as part of the Transport Assessment process, or as a stand-alone exercise.
Achieving vehicle access is the key to unlocking development sites. We are experts in identifying feasible access options, working with relevant design guidelines and negotiating with highway authorities at local and national levels.
To support this our GIS team is also capable of analysing spatial data sets at any level. As a result, they are able to quickly and accurately bring large datasets to life for use in strategy development.
The senior team are industry recognised experts in their field and regularly undertake research projects and prepare guidance documents at local and national levels. They are also experienced at negotiating with highway authorities and providing Expert Witness services at appeal.
Our transport services include:
• Access Appraisals
• Transport Statements/Assessments
• Access & Highway Design
• Transport Modelling
• Travel Plans
• Transport Studies & Strategies

As the business has grown we have made a conscious effort to recruit talented young people, training them either through an Apprenticeship, our Graduate Development Programme or our Career Step Ladder. The new recruits of today are the leaders of our business tomorrow, so we are committed to their professional and personal development.
