Provides support to the Operations Department and the COO. Processes Building permits.

Head of the Facilities Department responsible for the Design and Construction of Capital Improvement and Major Maintenance projects.

Oversees the design and planning for capital improvement and major maintenance projects related to HVAC (heating, ventilation and air conditioning), plumbing, electrical (power, lighting, fire alarm, security, PA/intercom), and general (concrete, asphalt, masonry, roofing) construction projects.

Enter Board Docs, payroll for Maintenance department, change orders, answer phone, PPE Distribution and assist with all office duties.

Oversee construction of Capital and Major Maintenance projects.

Manage compliance to applicable environmental, asbestos, lead in drinking water, indoor air qualityguidelines, rules and regulations. Oversee assessment, remediation and implementation of environmental health and safety concerns and initiatives. Guide school construction/renovation/mai ntenance/operations projects on environmental, green and sustainability aspects. Oversee design and construction of related major maintenance and capital projects. Work with partners to bring school ground greening and natural outdoor play areas for ECC students.

Oversee, assessment, and construction of Electrical service, lighting, fire alarm, security, and PA/Intercom systems and construction projects

Oversee assessment and construction of HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), steam, and plumbing systems and construction projects

Oversee, review, and process disbursements for the Facilities and Maintenance departments in both payment and archive software systems.
