Public Relations and Media Content
Responsible for creating and managing external communications for the District and its 54 schools and three center programs, including media relations and nontraditional media such as social media and website. Ms. Pugh serves as lead spokesperson for the District with media, as well as internal and external constituencies. In addition to the development of strategic communication plans and strategies to support various District initiatives, she is responsible for the development of the District’s marketing strategy including videos, PPS Newsbreak, districtwide events, advertising and paid sponsorships.

Marlie Gallagher serves as the Web Manager within the Office of Public Relations and Media Content. Marlie manages planning and development of the District's website and secondary school sites.

Multi-media journalist and District Field Reporter to mine and share good news.. Portia also manages the District's social Media Management, department billing and assists with District events and event coverage.
Provides video production and editing services to the District and its 54 schools. Dave additionally supervises video production of the Board's monthly meetings, staging audio-visual needs for District press conferences, large meetings, and events. Dave additionally films and edits the bi-weekly PPS News Break and #WeArePPS podcast. He also coordinates audio-visual repairs and manages the Public Relations studio. .

Communications and Stakeholder Engagement
Responsible for high-level communications to support school internally in their efforts to reach family, teachers, and staff. This communication includes but not be limited professional writing, marketing, branding, planning, and placement. In addition to communications, I manage stakeholder engagement, which includes but is not limited to customer service (Let's Talk/Call Center), Parent Advisory Council, Annual Parent Survey, Stakeholder/District partnerships, parent advocacy, family retention and recruitment, and other stakeholder services.
