This training combines onboarding design with vocabulary alignment. Participants will utilize an AI glossary card and the Gradients protocol to surface different views on acceptable use. Then they design a 30/60/90-day integration pathway and a corresponding micro-module. Participants leave with an integration checklist, glossary card and a vocabulary-to-boundaries map they can replicate in their organizations.

This interactive training introduces attendees to the fundamentals of prompt engineering using LLM Chatbot tools like ChatGPT, Co-Pilot or Gemini. Participants will learn how to craft clear, purposeful prompts to improve the accuracy and efficiency of AI responses to enhance productivity with daily tasks.

This training explores AI cybersecurity risks. Participants will explore topics such as AI use, prompt injection, third-party model wrappers, data poisoning, automated reconnaissance, plugin vulnerabilities and governance failures. The training examines how each risk works, why it matters and what damage it can cause if left unresolved.

In this training, participants will role-play AI-related incidents from deepfakes to workplace challenges to stress-test the organization's systems. Groups will map responses, identify weaknesses in safeguarding and communication and cocreate solutions. Participants leave with an AI Incident Response Playcard an escalation protocol template to strengthen readiness and trust in any organizational context.

This training introduces the GUIDE Framework—Gather, Understand, Implement, Develop, Evaluate—which helps organizations pilot, evaluate and scale AI use long-term. AI evolves faster than organizational policies, so it is critical to gain strategies to create a living review cycle. Participants will apply the cycle to real-world case studies and develop an annual AI review calendar for their own organization. They leave with the cycle diagram and a review template ready to implement.
