Participants will discover the capabilities and limitations of AI, while gaining valuable insights on how to safely and effectively integrate it into the workplace. Through proven examples and clear guidance, attendees will leave this session feeling confident to integrate AI.

This training combines onboarding design with vocabulary alignment. Participants will utilize an AI glossary card and the Gradients protocol to surface different views on acceptable use. Then they design a 30/60/90-day integration pathway and a corresponding micro-module. Participants leave with an integration checklist, glossary card and a vocabulary-to-boundaries map they can replicate in their organizations.

Key Objectives:

1. Use a glossary of AI terms to build shared language.

2. Apply the Gradients protocol to clarify boundaries of acceptable use.

3. Design a 30/60/90 day onboarding pathway aligned with mission and vision.

This interactive training introduces attendees to the fundamentals of prompt engineering using LLM Chatbot tools like ChatGPT, Co-Pilot or Gemini. Participants will learn how to craft clear, purposeful prompts to improve the accuracy and efficiency of AI responses to enhance productivity with daily tasks.

Key Objectives:

Understand how the basic principles of prompt engineering can be utilized to enhance AI usage. Improve AI interaction efficiency. Apply prompt engineering to daily tasks to increase work productivity.

Module: Mitigating Emerging Cybersecurity Risks

This training explores AI cybersecurity risks. Participants will explore topics such as AI use, prompt injection, third-party model wrappers, data poisoning, automated reconnaissance, plugin vulnerabilities and governance failures. The training examines how each risk works, why it matters and what damage it can cause if left unresolved.

Key Objectives:

Identify and explore the most common AI cybersecurity risks and how they operate. Assess potential impacts these risks could have on business operations, data integrity and compliance if unaddressed.

Explore risk mitigation strategies and governance practices to reduce vulnerability and strengthen AI security posture.

Stress Test

In this training, participants will role-play AI-related incidents from deepfakes to workplace challenges to stress-test the organization's systems. Groups will map responses, identify weaknesses in safeguarding and communication and cocreate solutions. Participants leave with an AI Incident Response Playcard an escalation protocol template to strengthen readiness and trust in any organizational context.

Key Objectives:

Identify common AI-related crises facing organizations. Evaluate current policy and communication gaps through stress testing. Develop an AI Incident Response Playcard for their organization.

Participants will explore how AI applies to real organizational contexts, from workflow management to communications and data analysis, while recognizing where human expertise remains essential. Through demonstrations, a mini-case study and group brainstorming, participants will identify practical, low-risk starting points for AI adoption in their organization.

Identify where AI adds value and where human expertise remains critical. Practice AI tools for integrated organizational tasks. Identify three to five actionable AI use cases aligned with organizational priorities.

Attendees will learn how to surface, create and complete tasks automatically, generate agendas, receive real-time and post-meeting summaries and keep projects on track with notifications, all while managing time more effectively.

Learn how to leverage the built-in podcasting and video features in Notebook LM to enhance storytelling, presentations and multimedia projects. Whether you are writing, researching or creating, Notebook LM helps streamline your workflow with focused AI support.

Learn how to use Notebook LM for focused exploration. Understand Notebook LM’s document-specific retrieval capabilities. Enhance research methodology with focused AI. Develop processes to upload documents for synthesis and produce accurate summaries. Explore Notebook LM’s ability to draft documents.

Apply Gemini AI for administrative tasks. Develop effective prompts for productivity. Optimize office workflows using AI through identifying opportunites for content creation, learning and problem solving. Explore ways to apply Gemini to generate critical insights and clear outputs. Module: Advanced AI - Gems

This training will explore the use of "Gems" , an innovative AI tool that seamlessly integrates personal documentation with the advanced capabilities of Google’s Gemini AI. Participants will learn how Gems can streamline research, enhance content creation and support decision-making by quickly synthesizing information from both internal documents and expansive online resources. Through guided demonstrations and hands-on practice, attendees will discover practical strategies for using Gems to organize knowledge, generate high-quality outputs and accelerate workflows in their daily practice.

Understand the dual functionality of Gems. Enhance content creation with combined documentation and AI. Streamline information synthesis for projects and reports.

Module: Building Custom GPT Agents for Business Workflow

This training educates participants on how to design, configure and deploy Custom GPTs to support specific business tasks, making a Custom GPT is a tailored version of GPT-4 or GPT-5 with special instructions, files or APIs for a specific purpose. Participants will learn how to define requirements, build effective prompt instructions and connect GPTs to relevant tools while ensuring accuracy, compliance and usability. This is ideal for business and technical professionals who want to deploy AI solutions quickly.

Key Objectives:

Define and develop chat agents with a clear purpose, crafting effective instructions, connecting built-in tools and APIs. Manage data privacy and check for privacy and reliability. Phase Four: Foundation for Sustainability

Module: A Continuous Framework for Sustainable AI Growth

This training introduces the GUIDE Framework—Gather, Understand, Implement, Develop, Evaluate—which helps organizations pilot, evaluate and scale AI use long-term. AI evolves faster than organizational policies, so it is critical to gain strategies to create a living review cycle. Participants will apply the cycle to real-world case studies and develop an annual AI review calendar for their own organization. They leave with the cycle diagram and a review template ready to implement.

Key Objectives:

Develop and apply a living review cycle to case studies involving AI in organizations. Explore the GUIDE Framework as a method for AI integration. Apply structured reflection to evolving practices and risks.
