A message from Marion Finally here in LA after a delayed connecting flight from Winnipeg to Calgary to the U.S., and despite being completely exhausted, I still do not regret going all the way to Winnipeg and having it as the last stop of my “North American Tour.” Winnipeg is very special to my family because of all the friends we have from there. So being able to perform for them as well as the Filipino community there felt like a bucket list item I finally got to check off. It also doesn’t hurt that I got to take my family to Canada with me during the holidays and have a one-of-a-kind, minus 31 C, outdoor photo shoot in nothing but a cocktail dress! But overall, I really want to thank Tito Rey-Ar Reyes, Tita Emmie Joaquin and Paul Morrow of Pilipino Express for organizing the whole trip and giving me the opportunity to help out Bahay Aruga this Christmas through the benefit show. Some other people I want to thank are all the sponsors and crew who helped out and made the whole trip and show memorable.
