Looking to make the best appetizer? Or looking to impress friends and family at the next gathering? Look no further because I am about to share with you the best Buffalo Chicken Dip recipe I have ever tried. It is an absolute favorite with my friends and family and is requested at every event. This may sound like just an average buffalo dip recipe, but I assure you it will work wonders. And the best part is, it's only 5 ingredients but loads of flavor. While only taking about 10-15 minutes to prepare, this dish is quick and easy making it a go-to appetizer.
Here is what you will need:
• 1 ½ pound chicken breast, cooked and shredded (I recommend shredding an already cooked rotisserie chicken)
• 16-ounce block of room temp cream cheese
• 1 cup of ranch (preferably hidden valley)
•¾ cup of buffalo sauce (preferably Buffalo Wild Wings Brand that can be purchased at almost all grocery stores)
• 1 ½ cup of cheddar cheese, shredded
o **feel free to add more cheese for better flavor**
o **for best flavor, shred your own block of cheese**
• Make it fancy by garnishing with chopped green onion
1. Begin by preheating your oven to 375°F.
2. Then, in a medium sized bowl, combine shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, cream cheese, and half of the cheddar cheese. Although it might take a minute to fully combine, the results are worth it!
3. Pour the mixture into a 9x9 pan and cover the top with the remaining shredded cheese.
Bake for 30 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and HOT. Serve immediately or save for later, it is delicious either way! Personally I think the best thing to serve it with is Frito Scoops. But feel free to serve with any type of cracker, veggie, or chip of your liking.
Below you will see my famous dip in action at my 2024 Superbowl party. And what chips I recommend best for the dip (**Not pictured: the dip completely gone by the end of the night). I hope this recipe meets expectations and please contact me if you have any recommendations or additions to the recipe to make it even better. Enjoy!!
America runs on Dunkin, but the staff at Philadelphia Country Club runs on their signature mid-shift mocktails. In my 3 weeks working in F&B as part of my summer internship rotation, I witnessed hostesses, servers and cooks create some of the most inspiring (and some of the most questionable) drink combinations. With over 20 sodas, juices, and syrups available in the dugout,
the possibilities for mixed drinks are endless. I spent the last two weeks collecting drink recipes from our self-proclaimed baristas and mixologists to find out what drinks keep the staff going when shifts start to feel long. Here are some unique drink recipes to consider next time you find yourself in the dugout!

It’s old! That’s right, the Open is the oldest of the modern-day four major tournaments. It’s also the only major played outside of the United States.
The first Open Championship was in 1860 at Prestwick Golf Club. It consisted of a field of only eight players and was won by Willie Park Sr. who went on to win three more times.
The winner was awarded the Challenge Belt, a silver-buckled leather belt, up until 1872 when they switched to the Claret Jug.
In 1862, Tom Morris Senior won the Open by 13 strokes – a record that still stands today . Harry Vardon holds the record for most Open wins with six (1896, 1898, 1899, 1903, 1911, 1914).
The Open was played at St. Andrews for the first time in 1873.
The Open was broadcasted in color on BBC Television for the first time in 1969.
There are nine courses in the Open rotation including the Old Course at St. Andrews, Carnoustie Golf Links, Muirfield, the Ailsa Course at the Westin Turnberry Resort, Royal Troon Golf Club, Royal St. George’s Golf Club, Royal Birkdale Golf Club, Royal Lytham & St. Annes Golf Club, and Royal Liverpool Golf Club.
The Old Course at St. Andrews has hosted more Open Championships than any other course. The 150th edition of the tournament marks the course’s 30th Open.
As we step into the vibrant summer months, it's crucial to reflect on the importance of taking breaks, weekend getaways, and vacations. Employee wellness isn't just a trendy buzzword; it's a fundamental aspect of maintaining a productive, happy, and healthy workforce. At Philadelphia Country Club, we recognize the value of giving our staff the time they need to recharge, refresh, and enjoy the beauty of summer.
In our fast-paced work environment, it's easy to get caught up in the cycle of continuous productivity. However, research consistently shows that taking regular breaks can significantly enhance overall work performance. Breaks allow employees to step away from their immediate tasks, reducing stress and preventing burnout. Even a short pause can help clear the mind, boost creativity, and improve focus when returning to work.
Weekends are a perfect opportunity to escape the routine and enjoy a change of scenery. Whether it's a short trip to the beach, a hike in the mountains, or simply a relaxing staycation, these mini-vacations play a vital role in maintaining mental health. Disconnecting from work for just a couple of days can help lower stress levels, improve mood, and increase energy levels, making employees feel more rejuvenated when they return to their duties.
Taking a more extended vacation offers even greater benefits. Studies have shown that employees who take their full vacation time tend to be more productive, less stressed, and more satisfied with their jobs. Vacations provide an opportunity for deeper relaxation and can lead to a more profound sense of well-being. They allow time for meaningful experiences with family and friends, which are essential for a balanced and fulfilling life.
In today's fast-paced work environment, it's easy to feel overwhelmed and stressed. However, one powerful tool can help combat these challenges and significantly improve overall well-being and productivity: mindfulness. This month, let's delve into the practice of mindfulness, exploring its benefits and offering practical tips for incorporating it into our daily routines.
Mindfulness is the practice of being fully present in the moment, aware of where we are and what we're doing, without being overly reactive or overwhelmed by what's happening around us. It involves paying attention to our thoughts, feelings, and bodily sensations with a sense of curiosity and acceptance.
Reduced Stress: Mindfulness helps to calm the mind and reduce the physiological effects of stress. By focusing on the present moment, we can prevent our minds from ruminating on past events or worrying about the future, leading to a more relaxed state.
Improved Focus and Concentration: Regular mindfulness practice can enhance our ability to concentrate and stay focused on tasks. This leads to higher productivity and better performance at work.
Enhanced Emotional Regulation: Mindfulness teaches us to observe our emotions without judgment, allowing us to respond to situations more calmly and thoughtfully rather than reacting impulsively.
Increased Job Satisfaction: Employees who practice mindfulness often report higher levels of job satisfaction and a greater sense of overall well-being.
Start Your Day with Mindfulness: Begin each day with a few minutes of mindful breathing or meditation. Find a quiet space, sit comfortably, and focus on your breath. Inhale deeply and exhale slowly, paying attention to the sensation of your breath moving in and out.
Mindful Eating: Take the time to eat your meals mindfully. Savor each bite, paying attention to the flavors, textures, and aromas. Avoid distractions like phones or TV during meals to fully appreciate the experience.
Mindful Breaks: Throughout the workday, take short mindful breaks to reset your mind. Stand up, stretch, and take a few deep breaths. Use these moments to reconnect with the present and release any built-up tension.
Mindful Listening: Practice active listening during conversations with colleagues or members. Focus on what the other person is saying without planning your response. This can lead to more meaningful and productive interactions.
End Your Day with Gratitude: Before going to bed, reflect on the positive aspects of your day. Consider keeping a gratitude journal where you jot down a few things you are thankful for each day. This practice can help shift your focus from stressors to the positive elements of your life.
