This issue of PharmaSis Magazine features women who are or have been my coaching clients in 2019. They have been building their “What’s Next?!” and have moved the needle in their businesses in a relatively short amount of time. I was in awe as I listened to these women’s dreams of building upon their education and experience to create businesses to serve in so many different ways. Their endeavors range from health and wellness (Corine, Carrie, and Leslie) , pharmaceutical industry career (Jaime), financial coaching (Lillian), a non-profit organization (Lametra), and photography/musical art (C. Nicole and Mary). There are three women (Pauline, Jennifer and Sylvia) who are not my coaching clients, but cherished colleagues whom I have watched build their businesses with compassion, skill and leadership as the foundation. It’s my pleasure to have my friend and colleague, Dr Leslie Hodge on the cover of this inaugural issue.
