Season ticket holders have the exclusive opportunity to exchange their tickets or buy additional seats starting now!
HOW TO EXCHANGE
The 2025/2026 season ticket exchange window is now open. You may continue to make exchanges for all season shows up until your scheduled performance date and time. We may not have availability for all requests. Please make exchanges as early as possible. To exchange online, log in to your account, click your name, then click Exchange/Donate tickets or call Guest Services at 412.316.1600 for assistance.
Ticket prices may vary according to subscription plans and performances dates. If you exchange into a higher-priced performance, you will be charged the difference in price. There are no refunds for exchanging into lower-priced performances.
SAME-DAY EXCHANGES
Same-day exchanges are a subscriber-only perk. Tickets may be exchanged on the day of the scheduled performance up until the performance time either over the phone or in person at the O’Reilly Theater Box Office, subject to ticket availability.
FLEX PLAN VOUCHER REDEMPTION
Before redeeming Flex Plan vouchers by phone, note both your account number and ticket number (listed on your season tickets) prior to calling. Please note: only Flex Plan subscribers may exchange tickets between performances of different productions; all other subscriber exchanges must be between performances of the same production.

Be sure to use code PPTSUB5 to unlock additional subscriber savings when you buy more tickets.
WALK-IN PASSES ARE NOW “SUBSCRIBER STANDBY”
Missed your performance? Season ticket holders can bring their unused tickets to the O’Reilly Theater Box Office one hour prior to another performance of the same show and use those tickets as complimentary passes, called Subscriber Standby. This benefit is available once per season, but additional requests can be honored at a 50% discount if more Subscriber Standby opportunities are needed.
FLEX PLANS
Flex Plan subscribers may reserve their seats for any performance starting now! Flex Plan vouchers can be redeemed for any performance of any production in the 2025/2026 season, excluding limited engagements and other special presentations and while supplies last.
Flex Plan vouchers are redeemable in any combination — all four for one show, one each for four shows, or anything in between. No matter how you choose to enjoy your Flex Plan, we will always offer you the best seats available for the performance you choose.
REDEEMING FLEX PLAN VOUCHERS
Flex Plan vouchers can be redeemed by phone, online, and in person. If calling or visiting in person, have your vouchers on hand to provide the ticket number listed on your voucher. To redeem vouchers online, log in with your account at PPT.org.
To make the most of your visit to The Public, Flex Plan vouchers can be redeemed in advance by calling the Box Office at 412.316.1600 during regular business hours to request a performance date and time.
Refunds are not available for Flex Plan vouchers, but tax credits for unused vouchers can be obtained by phone until April 12, 2026.
ACCESSIBILITY
Pittsburgh Public Theater is dedicated to making our performances accessible to all and welcoming a wide and diverse audience. Services available at all performances include:
• Accessible entrances, restrooms, and seats for guests with mobility devices and their companions and service animals
• Large print playbills
• Assisted Listening devices for guests with and without hearing aids
• Braille playbills
Closed captioning services are available beginning the second week of each production. Live Audio Description and ASL interpretation are available at select performances this season.
