ITALIAN DRESSING It all began when Wanda and Rob Bresa were modernising their kitchen and travelled to Italy in search of quality appliances. They ended up with much more than what they were looking for

URING the process of transforming their own home kitchen, Wanda Bresa and her husband, Rob, realised there was a gap in the Perth market that they could help fill. After deciding to modernise their traditional kitchen, Wanda says she struggled to find what she was looking for in WA and, being familiar with the “beautiful, cutting-edge designs”
available in Italy, she travelled there to source the products she desired. “That’s when we realised there was an opportunity in Perth,” Wanda says. “But we thought if we were going to do it, we were going to do it well.” The Scavolini showroom in Claremont, which has six full kitchen designs on display, opened its doors just over a year ago.

Wanda and Rob say they wanted to offer customers a rare, in situ experience in order to give them a better idea of the end result. “Many people go for a more conservative look in their kitchen as they fear how it might turn out,” Wanda says. The kitchens on display incorporate local stonework as well as stonework and stainless steel from Italy. Wanda says this demonstrates
