Position: Permanent, full-time

THE OPPORTUNITY

The Performance Marketing Manager will lead paid social strategy for the Perfect Hideaways umbrella brand while providing PPC support and overseeing a portfolio of homeowner brands within our client services offering. The role combines end-to-end paid social campaign management and optimisation, PPC assistance, email marketing strategy and reporting, SEO auditing and hands-on account management.

You will design integrated paid and organic strategies, run and refine social and search campaigns, manage client relationships and performance reporting, and convert marketing activity into qualified leads for our Reservations team with the objective of securing homeowner exclusivity agreements. This position sits across Perfect Hideaways Travel, Perfect Hideaways Living and Perfect Hideaways Real Estate.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Brand responsibilities

• Paid social (end-to-end): plan, build, launch, monitor and optimise Meta (Facebook/ Instagram), TikTok and other paid social campaigns where relevant — audience strategy, creative briefs, A/B testing, bidding, budget management, scaling and return on ad spend (ROAS) optimisation. You will own creative testing frameworks and cadence.

• PPC support: assist the Digital Commerce & Integration Manager with Google Ads strategy, keyword strategy, landing-page tests and monthly optimisation. Coordinate account structure, tracking and budget allocation.

• Budgeting & forecasting: manage day-to-day media spend for assigned accounts, forecast monthly/quarterly budgets and recommend allocation adjustments.

• Creative & production liaison: brief creative assets, review ad copy and ensure outputs align with campaign objectives and brand tone.

• Compliance & tracking: ensure GA4, pixels and UTM taxonomy are correctly implemented and privacy/regulatory requirements are observed.

• Continuous learning: keep abreast of platform changes (Meta, TikTok, Google) and recommend relevant tests and improvements.

Client / in-house management responsibilities

• Client account management: act as the day-to-day contact for assigned homeowner brands. Build marketing plans, coordinate delivery, run monthly performance calls, document recommendations and identify upsell opportunities across package tiers.

• Integrated strategy: combine paid, organic and email channels into integrated funnels that drive direct traffic and high-quality booking leads back to Reservations; monitor and optimise attribution and conversion paths.

• Email marketing strategy & reporting: design client email programmes, audience segmentation, campaign calendars, A/B tests, deliverability checks and consolidated reporting that ties email to leads and Reservations.

• Reporting & dashboards: maintain performance dashboards (CPL, ROAS, conversion rates) and produce clear monthly reports and insight packs for clients and internal stakeholders. Use HubSpot dashboards to report leads to Reservations and track exclusivity conversions.

• SEO audits & recommendations: run periodic technical and content SEO audits (crawl, on-page, meta, site speed, indexability), prioritise fixes and include recommendations within client reporting.

Deliverables

• Monthly client performance report (metrics, insights, recommended next actions)

• Quarterly integrated marketing strategy per homeowner brand (paid + organic + email)

• Ad creative briefs and testing calendar SEO audit reports with prioritised actions and expected impact

EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

Essential

• 3+ years’ experience in paid social and digital marketing with demonstrable campaign results.

• Experience managing client accounts or serving as the primary client contact. Practical knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads and fundamentals of Google Ads.

• Strong workflow and project management skills; experience building performance reports and dashboards.

• Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting to homeowners.

• Basic SEO knowledge and experience running audits or coordinating fixes.

Desirable

Experience with an ESP (HubSpot, Brevo) and email automation.

• Familiarity with GA4, CRM integration and attribution modelling.

• Agency or client services experience managing multiple accounts concurrently.

• Experience in e-commerce, real estate, travel, hospitality or holiday rental marketing.
