Future Group is responsible for distribution and for reseller recruitment, support and development. The resellers are responsible for growing net new subscriptions, end-user sales, training, support and consulting and for enhancing the Autodesk products with additional facilities. Autodesk has quickly responded to the market’s demand for subscriptions, cloud-based services and cross-devise support.

Business Booster Platform The key term for us is “Operational Excellence” and this doesn’t mean working faster or working more hours. It first and foremost means consistent reduction of the actual transactional costs, “automation and selfservice,” and it does mean that the net impact is using much less manpower per order transaction. Future Group has introduced the Business Booster framework that will take the Autodesk business to the next level and to support “Operational Excellence”. The first objective of the Business Booster Platform is to completely automate the subscription logistics all the way from the customer, through the reseller, through Future Group and to Autodesk. Most customers can and will manage their subscriptions themselves. We need to build, maintain and continuously improve the web portals that supports such customer self-service. Future Group has developed a suite of web services that you as resellers can use to automate the management of your subscription business with your customers. The second objective of the Business Booster platform is to make all your customer transactions available for business intelligence purposes. You can be notified of any changes in the subscription status. You can analyse the history and the status of each of your customers and benchmark them against each other. The purpose obviously being the ability to help your customers get maximum value from the Autodesk product portfolio.
