Become sustainable and win more business!

Sustainability is a hot topic for our customers within manufacturing as well as building and construction. Not only is it important for our customers and their customers, it is important for us as Autodesk partners as well.

If you can help your customers to accommodate the sustainability demands from their customers as well as from local authorities, it might be a path to new business opportunities.

The theme for the Future Group Executive Training 2022 will be Commercializing Sustainability – planet, profit, and people.

•How can we, with an innovative approach to materials etc., support the sustainable agenda - and our customers' desire to run a business with sustainable products?

•How do we avoid that sustainability is just a matter of reporting and requirements – but instead becomes a basis for running a sustainable business?

•How can we work with multiple bottom lines?

•How do we ensure that we, as managers, lead our employees sustainably and ensure that they thrive in their jobs?

These are just some of the topics we will cover during this year ’s Executive Training.

We have partnered with several interesting speakers and are looking forward to sharing their perspective on sustainability. We are sure that they can inspire and motivate you to include sustainability on your agendas both internally and externally.

Laura is the Founder of Regenerators and has spent her entire career working in the intersection of sustainability, organizational development, climate change policy and the intelligence of nature.

Laura has started and led multiple international organizations focused on the global transformation to sustainability - including Copenhagen Climate Council and Sustainia.

Laura has been awarded the title "World changer" by Greenbiz and named one of the 30 leading women within sustainability and regeneration by Sustainable Brands, and is selected by the World Economic Forum as a Young Global Leader, a World Economic Forum Sustainability Expert and serves on many Boards.

Laura runs regenerative transformation processes for individuals and organisations and is the co-author of the much praised book, Regenerative Leadership - the DNA of life-affirming 21st century organisations.

Rasmus has more than 15 years of experience helping companies achieve Commercial Excellence, and is especially passionate about helping companies grow their sustainable business.

Rasmus is now part of Implement Consulting Group’s team that helps companies and organizations transform their businesses into a more climate friendly and sustainable future.

Throughout his career he has held various leading positions such as CEO, Founder, Chief Sales Officer as well as managing large scale transformation projects as a management consultant.

Rasmus has primarily been working with privately held companies with complex B2B sales processes.

Jeanette Fangel Løgstrup is an independent board director, CEO, senior advisor, author and public speaker. She is the author of the new book Sustainable Leadership (in Danish): ESG as the New ABCs of Management and Boards. Today, Jeanette serves as the CEO of the family business Expon, with a focus on investments and executive advisory.

Jeanette is also currently an independent board director at JP Politiken Media Group, Andel Energy, Danske Invest, ATP Invest, Combineering, the Danish Foundation for Entrepreneurship and Scandinavian Film Funds.

Jeanette has a C-suite background with almost 20 years’ experience with international executive leadership teams, mostly in large listed companies like RSA Insurance Group (FTSE 100) and Danske Bank Group (OMX25).

As a former senior executive vice president of Danske Bank Group, Jeanette was a member of Group Management and the head of sustainability, communications, marketing, branding, and public affairs.

Jeanette has received several accolades, including CMO of the Year award and the Danish CSR Award, and was rated among the 100 most influential Danish women.

Up until October 2022, he was CEO at Delegate, one of the fastest growing Microsoft Consulting companies in Denmark, with 200+ employees. However, he has recently been promoted to CEO and Head of Software Development in Broad Horizon which Delegate became a part of in September 2020.

Jakob will also be responsible for Nordic region and the companies Iquality, Sulava, Projectum and Delegate in the Horizon Group plus any further acquisitions.

We strive to put sustainability at the heart of everything we do

For the last 15 years, Martin has led teams and divisions from 7 to 200 employees globally in companies like Dyrup and Hempel as General Manager, VP R&D and various other roles within business development. Since January 2022 he has been VP Sustainability at Hempel.

Martin has just attended the UN’s climate summit COP27 in Sharm el-Sheikh, Egypt as a representative for Denmark – and has been part of the conversations regarding how we can accelerate moving the needle towards a decarbonized future.

Ron Locklin

Platform Sustainability Strategy Lead, Autodesk

,

As the global lead for Autodesk’s Sustainability Platform, Ron Locklin is responsible for the global strategy of Autodesk’s Sustainability Platform efforts, including setting strategic direction, partner programs, proof of concepts, and technical enablement.

Ron joined Autodesk in 2012 and has had various roles prior to 2021 when he became global lead for the Sustainability Platform.

Ron is also an adjunct faculty member at Boston University, specializing in instructing students the academic and practical aspects of international business as well as managerial decision-making. Prior to Autodesk, Ron was Marketing lead at Dassault Systemes/Enovia and Worldwide Alliances at PTC. Ron holds a BA from Colgate University and MBA from Tuck at Dartmouth.

Leo Li, Sustainability Success Manager (EMEA), Autodesk

Master of Science in Industrial Design Engineering and specialized in design methodology (human-centered design & circular design)

Leo has spent 8+ years working with technology deployment towards global enterprises, the last 4 years at Autodesk within the Manufacturing and AEC space and prior to that, 4 years in deploying virtual manufacturing tech in automotive reaching 75k+ users.

Specifically experienced in helping customers design, deploy and adopt processes that enable preservation of design intent.

Morten Nilaus,Territory Sales Manager AEC Nordics & Baltics, Autodesk

Morten joined Autodesk back in December 2021, taking over the leadership of the Nordic AEC team. Morten joined from Dell Technologies where he was leading a team of Commercial and Enterprise Account Managers.

Morten has over 15 years of experience working within the IT industry with Sales and leadership, having worked for major companies such IBM, EMC, DELL, Oracle and Hitachi Vantara.

Oli Adams, Senior Regional Manager UK, I & Nordics, Autodesk

Oli has been at Autodesk 7 years and previously worked in the manufacturing sales team before joining the Channel Organisation.

He has over 25 years’ experience working in sales, focusing on relationship management and driving growth.

Change is inevitable in these turbulent times but the opportunities are vast so Oli is focused on working with Autodesk’s partners and customers to develop sustainable outcomes.

Jan Bucek, Senior Regional Manager, Eastern Europe Channel Sales, Autodesk

Jan has been with Autodesk 18 years and prior to Regional Channel Manager role worked as a Strategic account manager and License Compliance manager for Eastern Europe. Prior to Autodesk, Jan worked for leading IT companies, Microsoft and SAP.
