Eternal and Loving God, we confess to You today that we live in a world that creates confusing priorities. We move in so many directions and interact with so many different people, that sometimes we shift our allegiances based on where we are or who we are with. Help us to be rooted deeply in You so that we know how to choose what is right under pressure. Create within us the ability to be the people You want us to be. Hear our prayer, even the confessions we offer now in silence…

PeachtreeChurch.org/GriefShare If you’ve lost a spouse, child, family member, or friend, it may be hard for you to feel optimistic about the future right now. Many feel that no one understands the deep hurt they feel. That’s the reason for GriefShare, a special seminar and support group for people grieving the loss of someone close. This group is sponsored by people who understand what you are experiencing and want to offer you comfort and encouragement during this difficult time. Groups meet regularly for 13 weeks from on Mondays from 7:00–8:30 pm in the Harrington Library. A new group will be meeting starting August 13.
