Course Description: This course equips participants with a foundational understanding of workplace discrimination, bullying, and sexual harassment, emphasizing the social dynamics that perpetuate harm. Through the lens of RA 11313 (Safe Spaces Act) and companyspecific policies, learners will apply legal and ethical frameworks to promote a culture of respect, safety, and accountability across professional environments.

Course Description: The Gender 101 Module is an introduction to the basic gender concepts for a holistic view of gender equality. The module also aims to discuss the importance of implementing and promoting it within the organization, linking it as a key element to business success.
