OBITUARY

In Loving Memory of Richelle Bernice Stockdale

July 12, 1961 – September 21, 2025

With profound sorrow and deep love, we remember Richelle Bernice Stockdale, a cherished daughter, sister, aunt, and friend whose life was a quiet yet powerful testament to grace, and resilience. Born to Richard and Mary Stockdale on July 12, 1961,

Richelle entered the world with special needs, but she never let that define her. Instead, she became a beacon of strength and gentle determination, teaching those around her the true meaning of perseverance and unconditional love.

Richelle’s childhood was filled with warmth and laughter. Her mischievous smile was often a playful warning that she was up to something. She adored her dolls, found comfort in their presence, and had a special fondness for pink, which reflected her sweet and vibrant spirit. Her joy was found in life’s simplest pleasures.

In her later years, Richelle was lovingly cared for by her home care family, who provided her with comfort, dignity, and companionship. Her family is deeply grateful for the kindness and compassion they showed her during this time.

Richelle leaves behind a legacy of love.

She is survived by her devoted mother, Mary Stockdale, and her siblings: Richard Stockdale Jr., Linda Chubb, Sheila Garth, Yolanda Link-Ferrebee, and Lynn Means. She also leaves behind a host of nieces and nephews, each of whom she loved.

Although Richelle has passed, her memory lives on in those who knew her. Her life reminds us to embrace each day with courage, to find joy in small things, and to love without condition. She is now at peace, resting gently in the arms of eternity.

Rest well, Richelle. You are deeply loved, and you will never be forgotten.
