HOW WE GOT HERE

The universe works in perfect order and the order of our results is predictable. It's a matter of slowing down in the moment and being able to see in which direction we are focusing our energy. As it is said:

WHERE ATTENTION GOES, ENERGY FLOWS. AND WHERE ENERGY FLOWS OUR RESULTS FOLLOW.

WHAT WE EXPERIENCE

Results are the things that exist already. They are real to us through our sensory experience. A result is something we can see, hear, smell, feel, and taste. These are the things we can point to and say “see, this is my experience”. Once something is a result it can not be changed. It already exists within the field and, it is what it is. This, however, does not mean that we can not experience different results in another time and space within the field. Results exist in defined time and spaces

BEHAVIORS

WHAT WE DO

This is the observable action that we take. Sometimes our behaviors look like automatic reactions and sometimes they look like deliberate and thoughtful action. Behaviors occur as we move the energy of our emotions forward in some way that is either constructive or destructive. Behaviors are also learned. For example, if you've been driving for a long time, your aren't conscious of all the micro-behaviors you make to drive, which is useful. On the other hand, if every time someone asks you for a favor you react with anger, this may not be useful.

EMOTIONS

HAT WE FEEL

of our emotions come from a thought source. They do not st in a vacuum and although we can elicit any emotion at any me, we must have a thought that leads us there. you learned in our first class, emotions are chemistry. If you el scared you will be able to know that because you have a matic reaction. For many of us fear will cause our breath to orten, our chest to tighten, our pupils to dilate. motions are energy (E) in motion (MOTION). They are what fuel r behaviors. We are all motivated by different emotional needs therefore, the behaviors that come from our emotions will vary from individual to individual.

WHAT WE THINK

This is the place where magic happens. Think of your thoughts as the digital coding for everything that follows. If the coding contains an imbalance, all of the other bodies will experience that imbalance. Language is everything and it is a subject so large that if you focused just on your language you would experience tremendous change.

This is where your tact and intuition comes in. If you are intending health and change for yourself, you want your language and thoughts to support those goals at all times. The way they think and speak about our experiences will affect our journey greatly.

YOUR BRAIN:

A PREDICTING AND EXPECTING MACHINE

if your brain needed to micro analyze every move you made you would have a hard time getting out of bed in the morning. In order to get you to move, your brain learns, much like a website's algorithm, your preferred behaviors and reactions. It used this as evidence for what you would do if you were conscious and deploys an automated or habituated response. It takes the past, uses it as a filter for the future and executes a blueprint. The more you perform a behavior, the easier it is for your brain to make decisions for you.
