Please read below for a summary of the February 8, 2023 Board of Directors Meeting below:

New Business:

A. Board approved the annual insurance renewal with USI contingent on the premium not exceeding $66,000.

B. Board approved the Election Committee recommendation to appoint Madeline Shapiro to the Committee.

C. Board approved the Finance Committee recommendation to appoint Jeff Irvine to the Committee.

D. Board approved the Lifestyle Committee Recommendation to appoint Arthur Davis to the Committee.

E. Board approved the Lifestyle Committee Proposal for a Spring Fling Event with a cost not to exceed $3,500 for one date and $6,000 for two dates
