Founded in 2019 by Bernardo Saenger, SAENGER Galería is a contemporary art space located in the historical neighborhood of Tacubaya in Mexico City.

Focused on the promotion of emerging to consolidated artists within Mexico and abroad, Saenger Galería positions itself as an open space that stimulates and explores diversity. Fostering close, transparent, and lasting relationships with artists, collectors, curators, institutions, galleries, and other agents involved in the art world, the program makes collaboration one of its main values.

With an identity that inquires into the pictorial medium and material experimentation, from the tradition of two-dimensionality to exploration in volume; the gallery’s program has progressively expanded to encompass other media, supports and narratives, which incorporate a greater conceptual and critical density, thus accounting for the broad spectrum of contemporary art.

SAENGER Galería advances in its mission through a solid program that includes, in addition to exhibitions; institutional collaborations; the publication of art books and limited edition of graphic works through its publishing arm, Saenger Editores; it also includes a public program; and develops a program of international art fairs in Mexico, the United States, and Asia.
