Pfizer partnered with the Parsons School of Design in four student teams which offered unique solutions to the same design challenge. The fourth project eis an art-making program that provides opportunities for creative self-expression and social engagement between patients with related conditions. The program strives to improve Pfizer’s reputation while improving its relationship with patients. Through the collective, Pfizer would partner with a reputable organization that facilitates art-making programs and elect a therapeutic group to focus on. The facilitator will design the program around the needs of that therapeutic group, coordinate the location, team and format and recruit participants through healthcare professionals, advocacy groups, and online forums. Patients would then register and fill out an agreement where they can choose whether to disclose their pre and post-surveys and artworks to Pfizer. Pfizer would then share the information and artworks to bolster patient centricity efforts.
