CHALLENGE #1: Convert from dry lab to wet with little investment of money or time. A fixed drain in the floor stifles flexibility. It hogs floor space and it is not hygienic. FLEXdance™ offers the “dazzle” drain, with a vacuum pump to remove waste water to a different location. No floor drain necessary.

Safety / OHS
Personal safety is paramount. Exposure to harmful substances, gasses and vapours, must be avoided. PACTA® has local exhausts above bottles and above the waste bin. Air velocity matches requirements from fume cupboards. Venting can be split into two: ducts to remove heat from the LC-systems heat, and ducts for harmful gasses. In case not needed, ducts are merged. Low air flow generates alarm.

The outlet AND the hose are for all media except purity 6 gasses. I.e. the same outlet, the same hose, is used for: flammable and technical gasses with very few exceptions, for water, and for vacuum and compressed air. ONE solution fits all. NOTE: Full flexibility except for purity 6. Purity 6 is provided as BROEN-LAB std. solution for purity 6
Quick connects
Hoses are fixed to the outlet in the bench. The loose end is a quick connect, for connection to Point-of-Use, PoU. The PoU is in ceiling, or in wall. When not used, it is under the bench.
