Group Wellness Offerings

Brand Standard Requirements:  Fitness Coordinator will set us the fitness daily activity schedule.  Fitness Coordinator will set up times with an array of instructors and create a sub list.  Fitness Coordinator will work with corporate wellness team to enhance class offerings.  Fitness Coordinator will make sure gym equipment is in good condition and that there is enough equipment for each class offered.

In-Room Fitness Kits

Brand Standard:

Guests will be provided with an in-room fitness kit that includes a yoga mat, dumbbells, strap and block upon request. Meritage Collection guests can experience fitness at any time of the day and on their own schedule.

Benefit:

Guests will have the opportunity to have their own fitness kit in the comfort of their room.

Brand Standard Requirements:  Each kit will contain a yoga mat, dumbbells, strap and block.  Each property must have a minimum of 10 fit kits per 100 rooms.  Resort must market this amenity properly via website, collateral in gym, check in and in room informational booklet so that all guests are made aware of the fit kits.  Fit kits will be provided by a first come, first serve basis.  Appropriate hotel staff must maintain fit kits, sanitize and inform management if a fit kit needs to be replaced due to any damage.  If fit kits are taken by guest, guest must be charged in full for the fit kit.  Fit kits can be purchased by hotel guests if they inquire.  Presentation of the fit kits must be approved by the Property Marketing Lead at each property.
