Brand Standard:

All Meritage Collection properties are required to have a daily ritual for all groups who book business at our properties.

Benefit:

Creating a positive guest experience will create a great long lasting impression for future groups to rebook in the future.

Brand Standard Requirements:  Each property will be required to do have signature ritual experience for groups that we are known for at each property.  This ritual should be locally inspired and create a long lasting impression on our group guests.  This ritual should be performed for each group that books business at our hotels.  Presentation of group ritual requirement must be approved by the Property Marketing Lead at each property.
