Guests will be greeted at the door upon arrival with a signature cocktail unique to the destination of the property and offered a chilled or warmed eucalyptus refreshment towel.

Benefit:

Creates a memorable arrival experience for guests that they can enjoy while they wait in line to check into the property. This will also create a positive customer experience in the event of long wait times during check-in.

Brand Standard Requirements:  Signature cocktail and eucalyptus refreshment towel presentation to be approved by Property Marketing Lead at each property. Signature Cocktail may be substituted for a Mimosa based on the time of day but is required to be unique to the destination.  Hotel staff to present cocktails to guests on platter and welcome guests to the resort with a eucalyptus refreshment towel option. Guests will need to show proper government issued identification to indicate that they are 21 years of age or over to accept alcoholic beverage.  A non-alcoholic version of the cocktail will need to be available for guests who choose not to drink. Guests will need to know that a non-alcoholic version of the cocktail is available. Signature drink should also be available for children checking into the property.  Eucalyptus refreshment towels can be presented as either warmed or chilled based on the season and current weather conditions.  Staff will need to take the eucalyptus refreshment towels from the guests when they are done cleaning off their hands.
