It is recommended that each property create a self-guided property tour brochure that guests can utilize while on property to view our one-of-a-kind artwork and iconic sites around the properties.

Benefit:

This activation requirement highlights the iconic sites at each property and creates a memorable experience for guests without requiring additional labor costs.

Brand Standard Requirements:  Self-guided property tour guide will be available in each room and must offer a step by step guide to understanding the artwork and iconic spots around each property.  Guides will be located near compendiums in each room and will be highlighted in the weekly programming calendar as an evergreen activity.  Each site and piece of artwork on the property tour should have a name and description plate next to it so that guests can easily navigate the self-guided tour.  Self-Guided Property Tour must be approved by the Property Marketing Lead at each property prior to program implementation.

Install one or more telescopes for stargazing at each property and create a self-guided star gazing exploration guide that is available in guest rooms.

Astrology experiences are currently a trend within hospitality. This activation requirement highlights stargazing and creates a memorable experience for guests without requiring additional labor costs.

Brand Standard Requirements:  Self-guided stargazing guide will be available in each room and must offer a step by step guide to understanding the constellations and understanding the night sky.
