Sauvignon Daiquiri

Giesen 0% Sauvignon Blanc Cocktail

Ingredients Method

- 120ml Giesen 0% Sauvignon Blanc

- 10ml Lime juice

- 15ml Sugar syrup

1. Pour the Giesen 0% Sauvignon Blanc into a shaker with ice.

2. Add the lime juice & sugar & shake until well chilled.

3. Strain into a chilled coupe glass, garnish with lime and ENJOY!

- 120ml Giesen 0% Sauvignon Blanc

- 4 Fresh strawberries

- 15ml Lemon juice

- 20ml Sugar syrup

- Soda water

Method

1. Muddle strawberries, lemon juice and sugar syrup in a cocktail shaker.

2. Add Giesen 0% Sauvignon Blanc & ice then shake well.

3. Single strain over ice & top with soda water.

- 15ml fake ‘Chartreuse’ syrup (mint, basil, black pepper & allspice)

Method

Green Tea & Raspberry Spritz

Ingredients

- 80ml Giesen 0% Sauvignon Blanc

- 15ml Green tea & raspberry syrup (*see below)

- 30ml Soda Water

- Raspberry & Lime Peel

* Green tea & raspberry syrup

- 2 Green Tea bags

- 5 Raspberries

- 500g Sugar

- 250ml water

Method

Giesen 0% Sauvignon Blanc Cocktail

1. Pour the green tea & rapsberry syrup into a glass with ice.

2. Add the Giesen 0% Sauvignon Blanc & stir well.

3. Top with soda water, then garnish and ENJOY!

Green Tea & Raspberry Syrup Method

1. Soak Green Tea bags in cold water for 30 seconds & remove.

2. Bring 250ml water to a boil & add 2 Green Tea bags. Leave to simmer for 3-5mins, then remove teabags from heat.

3. Add 500g sugar & 5 raspberries (crushed) to the boiled water. Mix till thoroughly dissolved.

4. Once cooled, strain off raspberries and teabags and pour into wine glass.

Ingredients

- 200ml Giesen 0% Pinot Grigio

- Apple

- Orange

- 1 Cinnamon stick

- 20ml Sugar syrup

- Ground cinnamon

- Soda water

Giesen 0% Pinot Grigio Cocktail

Method

1. Cut the apple into small cubes. Peel orange and cut into small cubes too.

2. Add half a handful of apples & half a handful of oranges to your glass.

3. Pour 20ml of sugar syrup then sprinkle a small amount of ground cinnamon onto the apples & oranges. Stir together.

4. Fill the glass with ice. Add 200ml of Giesen 0% Pinot Grigio.

5. Use a lighter to heat up the cinnamon stick so the aromas are exposed, then use this stick to stir the fruit & wine together.

6. Top with soda water and ENJOY!

Giesen 0% Pinot Grigio Cocktail

Ingredients

- 120ml Giesen 0% Pinot Grigio

- Handful of cut strawberries

- 4 Lime wedges

- Soda water

Method

1. Pour Giesen 0% Pinot Grigio into a cocktail shaker.

2. Add strawberries & lime.

3. Shake & pour into a wine glass.

4. Top with a splash of soda water and ENJOY!

- 60ml Giesen 0% Pinot Grigio

- 15ml Kiwifruit & basil syrup (*see below)

Apple & Kiwifruit Spritz

Giesen 0% Pinot Grigio Cocktail

- 15ml Lime juice

- 20ml Fresh apple juice

- 30ml Soda water

- Apple fan & basil leaf (garnish)

Method

1. Pour Giesen 0% Pinot Grigio, kiwifruit & basil syrup, lime juice & apple juice into a cocktail shaker.

2. Shake well & pour into a tall glass with ice.

* Kiwifruit and Basil Syrup

- 2 Kiwifruit

- 6-10 Basil leaves

- 500g Sugar

- 250ml Water

3. Top with soda water, garnish with an apple fan & basil leaf and ENJOY!

Kiwifruit & Basil Syrup Method

1. Blend 2 kiwifruit & basil leaves.

2. Bring 250mls of water to a boil, turn heat to medium-low & add Kiwi/Basil Puree.

3. Mix for 30 secs, then add 500g sugar.

4. Stir well until dissolved.

Apple & Elderflower

Ingredients

- 75ml Giesen 0% Pinot Grigio

- 15ml Lime juice

- 15ml Apple cordial

- 10ml Elderflower syrup

- Soda water

- Sliced red apple (garnish)

Method

1. Mix all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice until chilled.

2. Pour into hi-ball glass or any glass you have at home.

Giesen 0% Riesling Cocktail

Ingredients

- 90ml Giesen 0% Riesling

- 15ml Lemon juice

- 30ml Passionfruit syrup

- 15ml Pineapple juice

Method

1. Chill a martini glass.

2. In a cocktail shaker add Giesen 0% Riesling, lemon juice, passionfruit syrup & pineapple juice.

3. Add ice and shake to chill.

4. Strain into the martini glass, garnish with lemon and ENJOY!

- Juice of half a fresh lemon

Method

1. Mix all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice until chilled.

2. Pour into hi-ball glass or any glass you have at home.

3. Top with soda and ENJOY!

Rosé Compote

Ingredients

- 20ml Giesen 0% Rosé

- 200g Seasonal berries (can be frozen) (garnish)

- 1 tbsp Sugar

- Soda water

- 90ml Water

Method

1. Muddle strawberries & sugar together in shaker.

2. Pour Giesen 0% Rosé into the shaker & mix with ice until chilled.

3. Pour into glass & top with soda.

4. Garnish with cherries or berries and ENJOY!

Rosé Party Pitcher

Giesen 0% Rosé Cocktail

- 1 bottle Giesen 0% Rosé

- 3 bags of Raspberry herbal tea (steeped into 200ml hot water with 3 tsp of sugar, then cooled)

- Juice of 1 lemon

- Soda water

Method

1. Combine all ingredients into a pitcher & chill.

2. Add raspberries & lemon slices if desired.

3. Serve over ice and ENJOY!

Mulled Wine

Giesen 0% Premium Red Cocktail

Ingredients Method

- 500ml Giesen 0% Premium Red

- 20 Cloves

- 5 Star anise

- 1 Cinnamon stick

- 1 Vanilla bean stick

- 1 tbsp Honey

1. Slice open the vanilla bean stick down the middle, so the paste is exposed.

2. Put 500ml of the Giesen 0% Premium Red in a pot.

3. Add 20 cloves, 5 star anise, 1 cinnamon stick & the opened vanilla bean stick.

4. Simmer on a high medium for 10 minutes.

- Make sure the Giesen 0% Merlot wine is not boiling.

5. Add the honey after 10 minutes, continuing cooking the mixture.

6. After the wine has been at a medium/high heat, let it simmer for 10 minutes on a low heat with the pot lid on.

7. Pour your wine into a glass and ENJOY!
