RESOURCES FOR TRANSFER STUDENTS
Virtual Transfer Center
No matter where you are in the transfer process, OU’s Virtual Transfer Center provides resources for prospective, admitted, and current transfer students. Explore this central hub for transferring to OU at ou.edu/transfersuccess.
Transfer Equivalency
OU accepts academic courses from regionally and nationally accredited institutions. See our transfer equivalency tables at go2.ou.edu/will-it-transfer for more information.
Crimson Commitment
Crimson Commitment guarantees scholarships and grants to cover tuition and average fees for an OU transfer student who qualifies for and receives Oklahoma’s Promise and is a member of Phi Theta Kappa, a participant of the Ticket to Rose program at Rose State College, or transfers to the OU Polytechnic Institute from Tulsa Community College. Learn more about the program and eligibility at go2.ou.edu/cc-transfer
Articulation Agreements
OU offers transfer pathways for students to earn bachelor’s degrees for select majors through articulation agreements with several partner institutions. Each pathway identifies required coursework for select degrees, providing transfer students with a clear and efficient transfer experience. Visit go2.ou.edu/transfer-pathways to learn more.
Transfer Priority Enrollment
In early spring, students admitted for the summer or fall semesters will receive information about transfer priority enrollment. By participating in this program, you have an opportunity to create the best possible schedule through advisement and enrollment.
Transfer Transitions
Students may enroll in a one-hour course called Transitions for Transfer Students that covers OU resources that contribute to student success. Admitted transfer students can enroll in the course at one.ou.edu
