OU Health Sciences is home to seven professional health colleges and over 70 academic programs at the undergraduate, graduate, and post-doctoral levels. Programs are available at campuses in Oklahoma City and Tulsa, as well as six additional sites across the state, to meet the health care needs in Oklahoma. Students interested in an OU Health Sciences bachelor’s program will start their academic journey at the Norman Campus and move to the Health Sciences Campus (HSC), OU-Tulsa Campus, or one of six additional sites after meeting admission qualifications to your program of interest OR your program of application.

The College of Allied Health serves as the academic unit for 21 different programs, including audiology, communication sciences and disorders, dietetics, nuclear medicine, nutritional sciences, occupational therapy, physical therapy, radiation sciences, radiation therapy, radiography, rehabilitation sciences, sonography, and speechlanguage pathology. The Fran and Earl Ziegler College of Nursing was founded in 1911 and is the state’s largest and oldest nursing program. We are dedicated to continuing the leadership and academic excellence that have become synonymous with the University of Oklahoma. The College of Medicine is home to our Physician Associate (PA) program the only Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) program in the state, offering both programs in Tulsa and Oklahoma City. We have a vibrant medical school, which is critical for Oklahoma’s continuing development and success in medical education, biomedical research and health care. The College of Dentistry has Oklahoma’s only Doctor of Dental Surgery program located in Oklahoma City and an option to complete the final two years in Tulsa, as well as its only Bachelor of Dental Hygiene program in the state with availability in Oklahoma City, Weatherford, Bartlesville, and Ardmore. The Hudson College of Public Health is one of only 50 accredited public health schools in the United States, and the only one in Oklahoma.
