Farewell Nathan Thompson - the

following is Nathan’s speech that he gave at the Special Needs Awards 2020 Wow, I have so many good memories at this college. I am going to reminisce on them all one day. This college was my safe haven. I felt so free when I came to school! The teachers, students and teacher aides have made a huge impact in my growth as an adult. You all have done so much for me. I am very privileged to get the honour to know you all individually. You all are truly amazing in your own special ways! Please remember that! As my time at this college is coming to an end. I have cherished every moment here with this amazing, inspirational and lovely group of people. This college has, and is always going to have a

special place in my heart which cannot ever be replaced! No matter how many amazing people that I am going to meet once I leave here. I will not forget this college!!! It is engraved in my heart! So thank you, Mrs Pillay so much for letting me attend this college! The work you do for every student is so remarkable and deserves more recognition than it already gets! Thank you, Mrs Pillay for the last five years and allowing me to meet such amazing people throughtout my time here! God Bless Nathan
