FMD: What makes Lycored’s approach to food ingredients unique? TH: Lycored focuses on three platforms: food and beverage, beauty and health. Guiding all three is a single vision: cultivating wellness™. Simply put, we believe all people have a right to wellness and through science, research and continuous development we work to deliver nature’s goodness at its most potent.
Our Story: A New Twist On a sunny California day in 1995, O’s founder did something totally original. He crushed fresh citrus with Arbequina olives and created a new twist on California olive oil. His opus – O Meyer Lemon Olive Oil – was the first of its kind and launched the O Olive Oil & Vinegar signature line of artisan crushed olive oils.
TH: Known for our Lycopene and beta-carotene derived products, Lycored’s cast of superstable colors including ResoluteRuby™, ConstantCrimson™, ResilientRed™, SteadfastScarlet™, OrangeOvation™, GoldHold™ and
100% Flavor Our success with artisan olive oils soon led us to the crafting of wholly unique vinegars using locally sourced wine and traditional fermentation methods. We’re proud to deliver California’s fresh flavors to food lovers everywhere.

Ricchiuti Family Farms Continues to Produce Fresh, Premium, Organic Products

Under its white, downy rind is a creamy paste that melts in your mouth for an incomparable fresh taste. Leading the Raival plant is Agnes Mailhac, who has been a cheesemaker at Lactalis for 38 years. As her talents and techniques have evolved, her accolades have increased, yet she remains humble and determined with every one of her recipes. “I always think our cheese is the best,” she said with a smile. “That’s what we aim for every time. With each batch, we want to create a taste that’s supreme no matter
