Ellos son los Wilf, nuevos dueños de los clubes de Orlando City y del Exploria Stadium. Veremos qué tanto interés mostrarán en el éxito y desarrollo de ellos.

Orlando's soccer clubs: City (in the MLS) and Pride (NWSL) have been sold to the Wilf family, who also own the Minnesota Vikings of the NFL, all but confirming the rumors that started spreading in May. Brothers Mark and Zygi Wilf completed the purchase of the team this week. Mark Wilf will serve as team president, while Zygi, along with their cousin Lenny Wilf, will serve as managing partners. They did not disclose the exact amount of the sale, but it’s reported that it was between 400 and 450 million dollars.
Orlando City, y posteriormente su socio equipo femenil, habían sido propiedad del brasileño Flavio Augusto da Silva desde antes que comenzaran a jugar en las ligas profesionales de soccer. Orlando City, and later its partner women's team, had been owned by Brazilian Flavio Augusto da Silva since before they began playing in the professional soccer leagues. That is one of the reasons why a large number of renowned Brazilian players had been seen coming to the team, such as Kaká, Julio Batista or recently Alexandre Pato.

La familia Devos, propietarios del Orlando Magic de la NBA desde 1991, se convierten también en dueños minoritarios del Orlando City, fortaleciendo su influencia en los deportes de Florida Central. A través de la cuenta oficial de Twitter del club, el nuevo presidente dice: "...nos sentimos humildes por la oportunidad frente a nosotros, y mientras tomamos el mando, lo hacemos motivados por el amor y lealtad que ustedes tienen por estos grandes equipos", declaró Mark Wilf. The Devos family, owners of the NBA's Orlando Magic since 1991, also become minority owners of Orlando City, strengthening their influence in Central Florida sports. Through the official Twitter account of the club, the new president says: "we are humbled by the opportunity in front of us, and as we take command, we do so fueled by the love and loyalty that you have for these great teams" declared Mark Wilf. The Wilf family has some experience with MLS. They originally tried to own the MLS franchise to open in Minnesota but were not chosen. Subsequently, they became minority partners of Nashville SC, a franchise that began playing in 2020, but those shares were sold after this purchase was confirmed. The Wilfs, owners of the Minnesota Vikings and lovers of the color purple, are not the only owners of NFL and MLS franchises.
