Angelo inherited his love for the restaurant business from his parents and his grandfather, who owned a restaurant
in Serrastretta, Southern Italy. Combining his passion with his management skills, Angelo’s journey took him from Calabria to the Aosta Valley and finally to Kent, England. Dynamic, stylish, lively and colourful with a fresh food philosophy, the prosecco bar and Italian restaurant opened its doors to Orpingtonians in November 2019 and has enjoyed excellent reviews.
