CLASS CHANGES
MT. MORRIS VILLAGE RESIDENTS Mt. Morris Village residents can register for all programs, memberships, facility rentals and daily fees at the Oregon Park District resident rate. Addi onal non-resident fees are subsidized by the Village of Mt. Morris.
FEES
The Oregon Park District may cancel, postpone, combine classes, or change instructors. Classes may be cancelled due to insufficient enrollment and refunds will be issued. All par cipants will be no fied of any scheduling changes or cancella ons.
WAIVER POLICY The Oregon Park District requires all class par cipants and pass holders to sign a waiver release form. Waivers will be signed and kept on file at Nash Recrea on Center. Your registra on is not considered complete un l a signed waiver is on file.
PROGRAM REFUND POLICY
Fees must be paid at the me of registra on by cash, check, or credit card. The first fee listed is the rate for Oregon Park District residents. The second fee is for nonresidents. No registra ons or rentals will be accepted without the proper payment.

GROUP RESERVATIONS Groups of 15 or more will receive a 10% discount on daily fees if reserva ons are made at least 10 days in advance. Contact the Oregon Park District for reserva on informa on.
MEMBERSHIP REFUND POLICY Refunds will not be approved on Park District passes, however refunds may be requested on passes for two reasons: major illness and/or injury with a doctor’s note or a move outside of a 90 mile radius with proof of primary residency (updated ID, u lity bill, etc.). Passes and cards are non-transferable.
* Full refund will be issued if the Park District reschedules/cancels a class. * To withdraw from a program, a refund applica on must be completed by visi ng our website and submi ng a request. * An administra ve fee of $5.00 shall be deducted from the amount of a refund to offset the cost of processing the refund. A full refund, less the fee, will be granted if the applica on for refund is filed with the office at least ten days prior to the scheduled start of the program/ac vity. * Refunds will not be granted a er the registra on deadline. * All program refunds are subject to the program coordinator’s approval. * Refunds will not be approved on Park District passes. * Passes/cards are non-transferable.
GENERAL INFO
ID is required for proof of residency or a non-resident fee will be charged. A resident is an individual living in or owning real estate within the boundaries of the Oregon Park District. All Oregon School District students par cipa ng in youth team sports are considered residents.

Phone-in Registra on – Call (815)732-3101 and one of our friendly recep onists would be happy to enroll you or your family. Drop-In Registra on – Visit Nash and register for any of our ac vi es, passes, or rentals.
