ID is required for proof of residency or a non-resident fee will be charged. A resident is an individual living in or owning real estate within the boundaries of the Oregon Park District. All Oregon School District students participating in youth team sports are considered residents. If registering online, residency must be approved. See page 6.

Mt. Morris Village residents can register for all programs, memberships, facility rentals and daily fees at the Oregon Park District resident rate. Additional non-resident fees are subsidized by the Village of Mt. Morris.

CLASS CHANGES

The Oregon Park District may cancel, postpone, combine classes, or change instructors. Classes may be cancelled due to insufficient enrollment and refunds will be issued. All participants will be notified of any scheduling changes or cancellations.

LOCKERS

Shared locker room space is currently limited to registered participants of the pool. Annual locker rentals are currently unavailable. Fees must be paid at the time of registration by cash, check, or credit card. The first fee listed is the rate for Oregon Park District residents. The second fee is for non-residents. No registrations or rentals will be accepted without the proper payment.

3 PAY PAYMENT PLAN

Your annual pass is paid off in three equal consecutive payments! The pass fee is paid for the first three months, and is only available on annual passes.

AUTOMATIC MONTHLY PAYMENT

This is a convenient way to pay for your pass and select programs. The automatic debit monthly fees are shown below. With your permission, automatic credit card charges will be made each month. The first amount is the initial payment that will be made when registering, followed by the amount of 11 equal payments charged each month.

SILVERSNEAKERS & RENEW ACTIVE

The Oregon Park District is an approved SilverSneakers and Renew Active location. If you are unsure if you are a member or do not have a membership ID, the front counter staff at Nash can assist in determining your eligibility.

Registration opens Monday, May 3 for members and Tuesday, May 4 to the public.

Online Registration – Visit us at www.oregonpark.org to sign up for an online ID and register for any of our activities over the web. See page 6 for Online Registration details. Phone-in Registration – Call (815)732-3101 and one of our friendly receptionists would be happy to enroll you or your family.

Memberships – To renew your current membership or purchase a new one, please call (815)7323101 and one of our friendly receptionists would be happy to help you. Your current membership card will continue to work. If you do not already have a membership card or need a replacement, visit our Front Desk at your next facility visit.

The Oregon Park District is currently encouraging our community to register online for the safety of our staff and patrons during the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic. Luckily, the District is able to offer a simple and efficient online registration system for you and your family using our online registration system, Perfect Mind. With Perfect Mind, users can update account information, register for an activity of event, or reserve their time slot for Nash Recreation Center’s fitness center, TRX room, pool or gymnasium from anywhere with an internet connection.

If you are new to the Oregon Park District, you can create an account in a few short steps! Already have an account with your primary email address? Please make sure to select ‘Forgot your password’ to re-establish your account. Once you’re in, you can update your household information, payment information, sign up for programs and activities, and reserve an upcoming time slot at Nash Recreation Center.

While the District strives to make your online experience one of the best, please note there are a few account features that are not available online.

• All patrons that create their own account will be flagged as a Non-Resident. If you live within the District boundaries and are a Resident, please call Nash Recreation Center at (815) 732-3101 so our Customer Service team can update your account. Once updated, resident rates will be applied for all future online registrations and reservations. • Discounts are not available through Online Registration. If you wish to take advantage of our Sibling Discount, please register over the phone or at Nash Recreation Center. • Membership renewals and purchases are currently not offered online. Please call Nash Recreation Center at (815) 732-3101 to renew or purchase your membership over the phone with our Customer Service team.
