Performing Arts P • R • E • V • I • E • W Summer is the perfect time to plan for all the wonderful performances taking the stage in the fall and beyond. Even better, many of our local arts organizations offer subscriptions with premium seating and discounted tickets to their performance series. ORLANDO BALLET Orlando Ballet’s 2019-20 season marks the largest production budget in Orlando Ballet history. The upcoming lineup includes new and revamped works, a family season package, and a special return to the stage by Artistic Director Robert Hill — who recently celebrated his 10th anniversary as artistic director. Robert will make a return to the stage in Jessica Lang’s critically acclaimed work, The Calling. Also for this season, Orlando Ballet is bringing back its Family Season package, ideal for families with young children. The family shows are one-hour condensed versions of select productions. Family shows will be available for The Nutcracker, Cinderella, and Mowgli — The Jungle Book. Subscriptions for the 2019-20 season are available for purchase at orlandoballet.org.
