LOW INTENSITY/IMPACT CARDIO

Back to Basics/Low Impact This class offers the benefits of traditional floor aerobics along with muscle strengthening and flexibility exercises.

FEE:

$10/month for Members with automatic payment or $5 per class $25/month for Non-facility Members with automatic payment or $7 per class $8 per class for Non-members

LAND SPECIALTY SilverSneakers MS-ROM Muscular Strength and Range of Movement is the core of SilverSneakers® programming. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a SilverSneakers® ball are offered for resistance. Chairs are used for seated and/or standing support.

STRENGTH TONING Core and More* This is a quick, high-energy muscle-conditioning class designed to tone and shape your hips, butt, thighs and abdomen. Exercise, target, and tone your entire core and lower body. Group Power A 60-minute barbell program designed to strengthen your entire body. For all ages and fitness levels Power Yoga A mind-body workout targeted to improved health, athletic performance and mental acuity. Weights, body bar and ball are included.

MIND & BODY Pilates* Class is designed to increase flexibility, strengthen muscles and improved posture using concentration and the coordination of breath and movement, helping to balance mind and body, Yoga for Everybody* Designed for all ages, fitness levels, and body types. this class takes a more therapeutic approach with individual attention given to specific needs. Participants develop more flexibility and inner peace. Yoga Stretch* A fully-integrated mind-body workout targeted to improve flexibility, endurance, strength and mental acuity.

Circuit Training Features include a fun, low/mid impact workout using equipment in the Wellness Center. Expect a lot of variety. Simple Step/Tone This class is ideal for those looking for a low-impact class with basic footwork. Combines step aerobics with body toning.

MODERATE/HIGH INTENSITY CARDIO Boot Camp If you need motivation to stay in shape, here’s where to start. This high-energy group exercise class combines activities to increase cardiovascular endurance, agility, speed, strength and flexibility. All fitness levels welcome. Cardio Blast Add some variety to your cardio routine with this mix of traditional aerobics and strength training. Cardio Kick* A great full-body work out, the focus is on both cardiovascular and resistance training through a variety of kicks and punches designed to improve balance, coordination, strength and flexibility. Cycling 45 A spin bike, towel and water bottle are all you need to exercise your way through various resistance fitness levels. Turbo Step Step your way to your fitness goals. This class offers a cardio workout that can be modified for various fitness levels. Be ready for some fun, sweat and excitement! ZUMBA* ZUMBA fuses Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic workout second to none.
