Guest Guidelines
We at Williston Crossings RV Resort are proud to have you as our guest. To ensure the comfort, enjoyment and safety of all our guests and to maintain the beauty of our resort we ask you to observe, during your visit with us, the following guidelines.
1. Check In time is Noon. Check Out time is 11:30am. Deviation from these times must be approved, and may incur fees.
2. Sites for reservations of 4 months or more are guaranteed sites.
3. No refund for early departure or reduction in length of stay.
4. A recent photo must be submitted for management approval for all RVs ten years old or older, prior to the reservation being made. Conversion vans are not permitted without prior approval. Photos are also required for toy haulers and Class B vans prior to reservation regardless of age. No “homemade” school buses, tents, pop-ups, vans, truck campers.
5. Quiet Hours must be observed from 10:00pm to 8:00am.
6. A firepit is allowed at your site as long as it is raised off the ground and has a screen cover.
7. Rollerblading or skateboarding are prohibited. Bicycles are restricted to the roadways. Please respect your neighbors - do not walk or ride through occupied sites.
8. No objects may be tied to or hung from any tree or post. Only clotheslines attached to RVs are allowed.
9. Sewer rings are required at all sewer connections.
10. Boats, trailers, tow dollies, etc. must be stored in our storage area.
11. No car or RV repair is permitted on site unless prior written approval is obtained from the Office.
12. Do not trim trees or bushes. The office will arrange for this service.
13. All landscaping, construction or modification of sites must receive prior management approval. Sheds are permitted only with prior approval of size and location for residents of 6 months or more. Only direct wiring is permitted.
14. NO SOLICITATION in the resort. No sales or display of goods is permitted at individual sites throughout the resort.
Pet Rules
We currently allow 2 pets per site with a maximum of 3 pets. A $25 fee will be added to your reservation for the third pet. All pets must be on a handheld 6 foot or shorter, non-retractable (fixed-length) leash at all times. Aggressive dogs will not be allowed. Pets are to be supervised by the owner at all times and are not allowed in any of the Resort buildings. The dog parks are the only areas in the resort where pets may be off leash. Pets are not permitted
15. Responsible behavior is expected. Management reserves the right to refuse entry to or dismiss any person and their property from the resort without refund.
16. Fireworks are not permitted.

All Resort Buildings: Open at 8:00am and close at 9:00pm. OUR RESORT HAS NO SPEED BUMPS. PLEASE MAINTAIN A 10 MPH SPEED LIMIT.
DISCLAIMER: Williston Crossings RV Resort is private property and is not responsible for any loss due to limbs falling, branches, fire, accident, theft, or for any loss, damage, or injury to any resident or guest of resident, or property of either from any cause. Additionally, Williston Crossings RV Resort is not responsible for damage by lawn or maintenance equipment to any items that are left on any site. Guests waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use guests’ image or recording. Management reserves the right to amend these guidelines at any time and without notice, or to evict any person violating these guidelines and policies, or who, in the management’s sole judgment, adversely affects the enjoyment of other guests or staff in the resort. Further, management may enforce a guideline or policy that is not listed here at any time or may make an exception to any guideline or policy on a guest-by-guest special consideration basis.
Termination of any guest’s reservation is without refund.
in any resort building and are not allowed unattended outside on ropes or chain. Pens, fencing or any other enclosures are prohibited. No electronic fences are allowed. Please be considerate of other resident’s sites and clean up after your pet while walking them. Pet stations are located throughout the resort for your convenience.
Failure to comply with Pet Rules will result in the guest being fined $50; repeated failure to comply can result in the guest being asked to leave the resort.

Pool Rules
• No lifeguard on duty; swim at your own risk.
• Pets are not allowed inside of the fenced area.
• No smoking in the pool area.
• Absolutely no glass allowed in the pool area. (Coolers with glass must be left outside of the fenced area.)
• Alcohol is prohibited in the pool area.
• No running.
• No diving into the pool.
• Children under the age of 14 must have an adult present.
• No lawn chairs allowed in pool. * Pool Rules are posted.
